Exciting news about our new product samples process!

We wanted to let you know about a few changes in our product sample process. We’re making these changes in response to customer feedback, so that our service can be as efficient as possible.
Our dedicated product samples department will be focused purely on processing, picking and despatching your product sample requests. Annette, Kieron and Dee will process and pack all orders for same-day despatch, when received before 3pm. This special focus means we can be a lot more efficient in processing your samples orders.
New Delivery Notes
With time pressures, we’re aware that it’s often important for a sample to go straight to your customers. On our new delivery note, we’ll include your company name – helping your customer to associate the product with your company.
A simplified range
With such a huge product range, we want to ensure we have good stock levels, whenever you need a product sample. For this reason, we’ll be holding plain stock for a majority of products and colour-ways. For some of our most popular products, we’ll include a range of branding options on one style – for instance our Cotton Shopper will show off both screen print and transfer print, and we’ll have a version of the Noir notebook showing screen print, digital print, debossing and varnish all on one book! It’s a great way to help your customers see the possibilities for their promotion.
Finally, on some occasions, you might receive a slightly different version of a product. For instance, we’ll hold a smaller range of Desk-mate notepads, but enough for your customers to assess the high print quality. And for some of our drinkware items, you’ll receive a product example alongside a colour swatch. Making these changes helps to ensure we can hold great stock levels and never delay in getting a product into your customers’ hands.
